Paying League Fees & Buying Equipment

Our sales staff are refereeing games when you need help.  WHEN you need help with equipment or to pay for something please wave down a referee for help.  A referee will be with you at their earliest convenience (usually within a minute).

Rules that often need clarifying

Hand passes

• Are legal when:
  
  • when the pass and the reception are completed in the defensive zone.
  • when the pass is received by a player of the opposite team.
• Are illegal when:
  • the pass and/or reception occur outside of the defensive zone.

Icing

• When the ball is cleared from the defensive zone with no intention to make a pass.
• To legally clear the ball within the last two minutes of a 'two-goal or less' game, the clear shot must occur after crossing center rink (the blue line).

Game Cancellations, rain and snow.

Please note the game status notification that resides on the top right of every page on the website.  This notification will remain ON unless games are beyond a doubt canceled.

When weather is a concern, notes about the rinks condition and any adjustments to game schedules will be posted on the homepage as well as on the rink's answering machine.

In the event that games are canceled, the lost week of games will be made up at the end of the schedule season.  To identify the games that have been rained or snowed out we will replace the 'vs' with a 'ro' or 'so' on the posted online schedule.

Notes Regarding Rosters

Partial season discounts are offered when playing weekly isn't an option.  This option is reserved for leagues without full rosters as we would like to obtain full compensation when possible.

No show: after two weeks of absence without notice, you will be dropped from the rosters.  It's important to notify management of your absences so a sub can be arranged.
